Maasai Mara Game Reserve; Famous for the Great annual wildebeest migration, it is also the most popular game Reserve in Africa, home to the Big Five – lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino and elephant.
Day 1: Nairobi/Amboseli
0730hrs pick at your Nairobi Hotel and drive to Amboseli National Park for lunch at AA Lodge Amboseli. The park offers one of the most classic and breathtaking views of Kenya, the gigantic Kilimanjaro Mountain, with its 5,985 m dominating the plains like a powerful god ruling the world from his silver throne. Afternoon extended game drive. Dinner and overnight at the Camp

Day 2: Amboseli
Early morning pre-breakfast game drive, when you have the best chance of seeing the majestic Mt. Kilimanjaro. Return for late breakfast. Afternoon extended game drive. All meals and overnight at AA Lodge Amboseli

Day 3: Amboseli/Lake Nakuru
After breakfast, depart Amboseli with picnic lunch boxes and drive through Nairobi & further through the scenic views of the Great Rift Valley to Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving for an extended afternoon game drive. Besides the flamingos that the lake is famous for, there are approx 400 other species of birds visiting the lake.
Also, many species of game can be found in the park including the introduced Rothschild’s giraffe, black and white rhino, waterbuck, reedbuck, lion, buffalo, leopard, baboon and many species of plains game. Dinner and overnight at Flaming Hill Tented Camp

Day 4: Lake Nakuru/Maasai Mara
Depart Nakuru after breakfast and drive further along the floor of the Rift Valley to Maasai Mara Game Reserve arriving, Malaika Camp in time for lunch. Afternoon extended game drive. Dinner and overnight at the Camp

Day 5: Maasai Mara
Full day spent exploring the Reserve. Game drives are flexible, with option of going out with picnic lunch boxes to spend entire day in the park, or you can choose to have early morning and late afternoon game drives. The spectacle of predator versus prey dominates Kenya’s greatest park. Golden-maned lion prides feast on the abundance of plain grazers. Solitary leopards haunt the acacia trees lining the Mara River, while cheetahs prowl the plains.
Yet even when the migration is quiet, the Mara offers arguably the most scintillating game-viewing in Africa; great herds of buffalo, smaller groups of elephant and giraffe, and thousands of elands, buffaloes, impalas and Grant’s gazelles. All meals and overnight Malaika Camp

Day 6: Maasai Mara/Nairobi
Early morning pre-breakfast game drive, returning for late breakfast. Depart Mara and drive back to Nairobi arriving approx 1400hrs. Transfer to your city hotel or airport for outbound flight home.
